Our epoxy installation services are covered by a warranty for a period of 10 years from the date of completion. This warranty period reflects our commitment to the quality and durability of our epoxy installations.
During the warranty period, we will repair or replace, at our discretion, any defects in the epoxy installation that arise due to faulty workmanship or materials. This warranty covers issues such as peeling, bubbling, cracking, or delamination of the epoxy surface.
The warranty does not cover damages or defects resulting from: a) Improper maintenance or neglect of the epoxy surface. b) Misuse, abuse, or accidental damage caused by the user. c) Exposure to extreme temperatures or environmental conditions beyond the recommended range. d) Use of incompatible cleaning agents or chemicals on the epoxy surface. e) Structural issues or damages caused by the underlying substrate or foundation. f) Natural wear and tear or cosmetic damages that do not affect the functionality of the epoxy installation.
